Cracked (fried) conch is breaded and served in a number of ways, including curried or with a Creole sauce.
CONCH SALAD
Ceviche-style dish with conch doused in a spicy pepper and citrus sauce, often mixed with tomatoes, green peppers, cucumbers, and celery.
ROCK LOBSTERS
Enjoy this Bahamian food steamed or boiled, in salads, as patties, or in Creole-style sauces.

A thick red sauce with spices, tomato, celery, and onion served over pan-fried grouper or snapper.
